  • I am experiencing my full potential by honoring the beauty of my mind, body and spirit on a daily basis.

  • Fear, fear and more fear. Forgetting that I create fear or I create courage.
  • Lack of confidence. Forgetting that I create that within.
  • Self doubt. Forgetting that my heart knows more about this than my ego,
  • Being tired. All I have to do is get to bed on time.
  • Being pulled away from the things I need to do for myself right now by the needs of others. Just say NO!!!!!
  • Not being patient enough to give myself the time I need to take care of myself. Not allowing myself the time I need right now for me. Forgetting it is okay to take whatever time I need for health and healing.
  • No having enough self discipline to follow through on my plans and use all the tools I have.
  • Self sabotage. It's my decision to stay on the path or stray. It's all about responsibility.
  • I wake up in the morning feeling positive, energized and joyful ready to start my day knowing it is all as it should be.
  • I take up each challenge in the day knowing I can handle it.
  • I begin to celebrate the little changes, successes and improvements.
  • I finish day one successfully and move on to day two. Then the next day, then the next day allowing each day I improve by 2% to lead to another 2% the next day.
  • I look at myself in the mirror and I say: Yes, yes I see who you are and I admire, respect and honor you. Now get to work on what you want to create inn life. You can do it!!!!!!!!
